Efforts to empower human capital among new converts in the country continue to be intensified through the launch of the Muallaf Icon Programme 2.0. Themed "Jalan Lima", the programme aims to strengthen a strong Muslim identity through the internalisation of the Islamic Principles and the formation of noble morals. The opening ceremony took place at the Islamic Da'wah Centre, Kampung Pulaie.

The programme was officiated by Awang Haji Ahmad Abdussalam bin Haji Abd Rahman, Acting Director of Islamic Da'wah Centre. As a continuation of the 2024 edition, this time's programme features a difference through the introduction of the 'Muallaf-Connect' or 'M-Connect' session. This initiative is an inclusive peer platform specifically designed to provide spiritual, mental and emotional support to Muallaf youth. Over the next four months, participants will be exposed to various modules to shape them into qudwah or role models in society.
